Potion Sort Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Potion Sort (hereinafter "this app") is an offline color-sorting puzzle game for Android. You pour colored potions between flasks, group the same colors and fill every flask to complete a level. The app offers more than 100 generated levels, daily rewards, hints and an optional one-time purchase that removes interstitial ads.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what the app does with your information, how that information is protected and what choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

The game itself does not collect, upload or store your personal information, and it does not require registration or sign-in. Specifically:

• No account data. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or password.
• No location data. The app does not request location permission and never reads your GPS location.
• No contacts, photos, camera or microphone access. The app never requests these permissions.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDK. We do not build user profiles or track your behavior across apps.

The only data the app produces stays on your own device:

• Current level, highest level reached and the number of completed levels.
• In-game coin balance, daily bonus streak and the date of your last claim.
• Sound and vibration preferences.
• Whether you have purchased "Remove Ads".
• A local counter used to limit how often ads are shown.

Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data are processed by Google AdMob as described in sections 6 and 7. We do not receive that data ourselves.

3. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information on our own systems, there is nothing for us to sell or share. The data stored on your device is used solely to:

• restore your level progress, coins and daily streak the next time you open the app;
• apply your sound and vibration preferences;
• remember that you purchased "Remove Ads" so interstitial ads are not shown;
• enforce daily limits on rewarded and interstitial advertising.

You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app's data in the system settings or by uninstalling the app.

4. App Permissions

Potion Sort requests only the permissions required by the game, advertising and billing components:

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: needed to load ads and to contact Google Play for purchases. The game itself is fully playable offline.
• VIBRATE: used for the optional haptic feedback when you pour a potion or complete a level. You can turn vibration off inside the app.
• com.android.vending.BILLING: required for the optional "Remove Ads" purchase through Google Play.
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: allows the Google Mobile Ads SDK to access the advertising ID, subject to your consent choices.

The app requests no storage, location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions. You can deny or revoke permissions at any time in the system settings; the game remains playable without them.

5. Data Storage and Security

All game data is kept inside the app's private directory on your device. Android's application sandbox prevents other apps from reading it, and it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

We do not operate any server and therefore never receive, store or process your game data. The app disables Android's automatic cloud backup for its preferences. Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's own retention policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following services, which are provided by Google:

• Google AdMob – serves the rewarded and interstitial ads that keep the game free.
• Google Play Billing – processes the optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) – collects and stores your advertising consent choices where required by law.

These services operate under Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Apart from them, the app integrates no analytics, tracking or social-media SDKs.

7. Advertising and Your Choices

Potion Sort is free and is funded by advertising. The app shows rewarded ads (for example, to add an extra flask or double a reward) and interstitial ads between levels. To select, deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect information such as:

• your advertising ID and app set ID;
• IP address, which may be used to estimate a coarse region;
• device and app information (model, operating system version, app version, language);
• ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, reward completion) and diagnostic data.

We, the developers, never receive your personal data from AdMob; we only see aggregated revenue reports. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalization at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where the law requires it, personalized advertising depends on the consent choices collected through Google's UMP form; you can change or withdraw your choice by clearing the app's data or reinstalling the app.

8. Your Rights and GDPR

In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, we confirm the following:

• Data controller. The developer of Potion Sort is the data controller. Because the game does not collect personal data on our own systems, there is no personal data record for us to administer.
• Legal basis. The game itself processes no personal data, so no legal basis under Article 6 is required for it. Advertising-related processing is carried out by Google as described above.
• Your rights. Even though we hold no personal data, you retain all your rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
• Advertising data. To exercise these rights with respect to advertising data, please use Google's privacy controls at https://myadcenter.google.com.
• Complaints. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

Potion Sort is a puzzle game intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; because the app collects no personal data on our own systems, there is no children's data for us to hold.

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about the advertising shown in the app, you can disable ad personalization in the system settings as described above. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will act promptly.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. A new version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and significant changes will also be noted inside the app. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
