Super 2048 Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Super 2048 (hereinafter "this app") is an offline number puzzle game for Android. You slide tiles on a grid, merge equal numbers and try to reach higher values. The app offers several grid sizes, skins, play modes and an optional online leaderboard.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what the app does with your information, how that information is protected and what choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

The game itself does not collect, upload or store your personal information, and it does not require registration or sign-in. Specifically:

• No account data. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or password.
• No device identifiers. We do not collect IMEI, Android ID, MAC address or similar identifiers.
• No location data. The app does not request location permission and never reads your location.
• No analytics or tracking. The app contains no analytics SDK and does not build user profiles of any kind.

The only data the app produces stays on your own device:

• Game progress, current score, best score and settings (grid size, skin, sound, animation, language, night mode) are saved in the app's local storage.
• If you set a custom background, the picture you pick is scaled and copied into the app's private storage on your device.
• A backup file is created only when you explicitly tap Backup, and it is written to the file location you choose.

3. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to use, sell or share with third parties. The data stored on your device is used solely to:

• restore your game in progress the next time you open the app;
• apply your preferences, such as skin, grid size, language and night mode;
• display your custom background image behind the board.

You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app's data in the system settings or by uninstalling the app.

4. App Permissions

Super 2048 requests only two permissions, both of which come from the advertising and leaderboard components:

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: needed to load ads and to talk to Google Play Games when you choose to sign in for the leaderboard. The game itself is fully playable offline.

The app requests no storage, location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions. When you pick a background picture or a backup file, that happens through the Android system file picker, which grants access only to the single item you select.

You can deny or revoke permissions at any time in the system settings; the game remains fully playable without them.

5. Data Storage and Security

All game data is kept inside the app's private directory on your device. Android's application sandbox prevents other apps from reading it, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.

We do not operate any server and therefore never receive, store or process your game data. If Android's system backup is enabled on your device, your app data may be included in your own Google account backup; you can control this in the system settings, and we have no access to it.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following services, which are provided by Google:

• Google AdMob – serves the banner and interstitial ads that keep the game free.
• Google Play Games Services – used only if you choose to sign in, in order to submit your scores and display the leaderboard.

These services operate under Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Apart from them, the app integrates no analytics, tracking or social-media SDKs.

7. Advertising and Your Choices

Super 2048 is free and is funded by advertising, so the app displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. To select, deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect information such as your advertising ID, device model and approximate region.

• We, the developers, never receive your personal data from AdMob; we only see aggregated revenue reports.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalization at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Where the law requires it, ad personalization depends on the consent choices handled by Google's advertising tools; you can review or change those choices at any time.

8. Your Rights and GDPR

In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, we confirm the following:

• Data controller. The developer of Super 2048 is the data controller. Because the game does not collect personal data on our own systems, there is no personal data record for us to administer.
• Legal basis. The game itself processes no personal data, so no legal basis under Article 6 is required for it. Advertising-related processing is carried out by Google as described above.
• Your rights. Even though we hold no personal data, you retain all your rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
• Advertising data. To exercise these rights with respect to advertising data, please use Google's privacy controls at https://myadcenter.google.com.
• Complaints. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

Super 2048 is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and because the app collects no personal data at all, there is no children's data for us to hold.

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about the advertising shown in the app, you can disable ad personalization in the system settings as described above. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will act promptly.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. A new version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and significant changes will also be noted inside the app. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
